a) The home inspection must embody a bodily examination of the pool to find out which, if any, of the seven drowning prevention options described in present legislation it's outfitted with.
b) The home inspection report should identify which of those drowning prevention options the pool is equipped with and specifically state if fewer than two are put in. SB 442
