Emmerdale Stars Gather For Reunion To Celebrate Mark Charnock

 stars got together off-screen to celebrate soap legend Mark Charnock on Sunday. 
The actor, 53, has spent 25 years on the popular drama playing Marlon Dingle- his first appearance on the show was in 1996.   
Michelle Hardwick, 45, who plays Vanessa Woodfield, took to Instagram to share a snap of the reunion.

The picture showed ten Emmerdale legends crowded around a table and beaming at the camera.   
Michelle explained that they were celebrating Mark's quarter-century on the soap.

Mark was perched alongside the other stars including James Hooton, who plays Sam, and Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle.

When Mark first joined Emmerdale he arrived in the village to stay with his uncle Zak.
The character has gone on to become a core member of the soap, mixing comedy with serious performances.
In 2004, he won the award for Best Male Dramatic Performance at The British Soap Awards. 
The actor also appeared for two episodes in Coronation Street before joining Emmerdale.
