Brendon Julian has hit the ball out of the park and acquired a cool $3.05million for his Bronte investment property one week before auction.
The former Australian fast bowler and Fox Sports host, 51, bought the Macpherson Street apartment

Brendon had secured a ­tenant for the third-floor apartment upon its completion in 2019 at $1500 a week, providing a yield of 3.1 per cent.
The block was part of a controversial five-year battle between locals and property developers over the height of the project before the apartments went on sale in October 2016.
The site was the first major apartment project in Bronte in 20 years and was developed by fashion mogul-turned-developer Danny Avidan.

New Zealand-born Brendon is a former cricketer who famously played seven Tests and 25 One Day Internationals for Australia.
He now does cricket commentary for Fox Sports, covering both international Test matches and local games. 
The former fast bowler also hosts the Fox Sports cricket podcast Inside Cricket. 
Brendon and his wife Suzanne live at another home in Bronte, not far from the apartment block, which they bought in 2007 for $5.3million.
